2. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Digital Products
Because digital products are generally delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, all sales of digital products are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
Ebooks
Digital editions
Codex materials
Downloadable publications
Supporter-exclusive digital materials
Early-access digital content
Other downloadable files
Bookervile may, at its discretion, investigate documented technical problems, duplicate transactions, incorrect digital deliveries, or other exceptional circumstances.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Physical Products
Eligible physical books and merchandise may be returned within 72 hours of confirmed delivery, provided that the product is:
Unused;
Undamaged;
In its original condition and packaging, where applicable; and
Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Bookervile may request photographs or other reasonable documentation to verify the condition of a returned, damaged, or incorrect product before approving a return or replacement.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns.
If Bookervile or its fulfillment provider shipped an incorrect product, or if an eligible product arrived damaged or defective, Bookervile will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy after verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Changes to Services
Bookervile may modify, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue products, website features, pricing, promotions, or services at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.

If Bookervile cancels a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or receiving a Bookervile digital product grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use that product for lawful personal purposes.
